VSN exists so you can collect your own life — your data belongs to you, and we collect it only so that you can keep it and use it how you, and only you, like. This page says plainly what we process and why.

What we collect
- Waitlist: the email address you give us on joinvsn.com — used only to contact you about VSN access. Nothing else.
- App account: your email (for sign-in codes), your profile name, and the content you choose to add — moments, photos, captions, people tags, themes, places, goals.
- Usage signals: basic product analytics (page views on the site, feature usage in the app), processed in the EU (PostHog), used in aggregate to improve VSN — never sold, never used for advertising.
How it’s protected
Your content is private by default — only the people you explicitly choose can see a moment. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest with our infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors that run our infrastructure (hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics).
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time — in the app (Settings) or by writing to hello@joinvsn.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data; we answer every request.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll say so here and, for account holders, in the app.
